With Inter Asia Global Tours some groups may be as small as 6 to 20 guests. We believe travelling in a small group ensures a more pleasurable touring experience for you. It allows us to select more private hotels and attractions for you to experience, plus you have much more room on the coach!

Terms & Conditions

These Booking Conditions set out the terms on which you contract with us for the arrangement and delivery of travel arrangements for your trip. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Booking Conditions.

A booking request is accepted when we issue an official booking confirmation and you have paid your deposit to us. It is at this point that a contract between us and you come into existence subject to these Booking Conditions. (Deposit can be done through Bank Via transfer to our company bank account)

We will deliver the perfect service according to your final itinerary.

Prices stated are in US Dollars (US$). once you contacted us, you will have access to get the most up to date pricing list. The price will include accommodation, transportation, entry tickets and other inclusions as per the final itinerary.

Special Note: International and domestic airfares and airport/hotel transfers are not included unless specifically stated on the final itinerary.

We will not surcharge for currency fluctuations once full payment has been received by us.

Travelers required to pay 50% of the full payment, after receiving the visa to Kingdom of Thailand. passengers who are getting ON ARRIVAL VISA, particular passengers required to pay before the 14 days of their official travel date.

The deposit represents a fee payable to us for services associated with the processing and confirmation of your booking and all the travel arrangements that we may provide to you.

Please note that we may not hold any services for you until we receive payment of your deposit. If you unable to arrange the deposit as we requested on our official conversation with traveler, its mean that services may become unavailable, further prices may increase, in which case you will be responsible for paying the increased price, and we will not be responsible if services become unavailable.

Payment in full must be received by before the commencement of your trip. If we fail to receive your final payment from you by the due date for payment in clear funds, then this will be deemed a cancellation by you.

We require written notice from you, also we will not refund the fees which we have paid for specific hotel accommodations and leisure entry tickets. You have agreed that the deductions and cancellation charges are reasonable and genuine. We need to protect our legitimate business interests.

Passengers are required to having fully medical coverage insurance and must be responsible to having the insurance which covered COVID 19.

The final itinerary which we have given to you, an event or events beyond our control and which we could not have reasonably prevented, such as natural disasters (flooding, fire, earthquake, landslide, cyclone, war, armed conflict, industrial dispute, civil strife, terrorist activity) or the threat of pandemic or change in law, order, decree, rule or regulation of any government authority (including travel advisories and restrictions).

We only accept small group tours are based on a minimum 6 passengers travelling.

Beyond your final itinerary, we allow you to do the amendments, for that you will be required to pay additional payment according your changes of the itinerary. You will also be required to pay any additional costs charged by service suppliers.

Prior to travel Occasionally, we may need to make amendments or modifications to the itinerary and its inclusions, and you acknowledge our right to do this. If we become aware of a significant change to your itinerary or its inclusions prior to the commencement of your trip (where the trip can still proceed), then we will notify you within a reasonable time.

No refunds will be made for of any travel arrangements not utilized, whether by choice or because of late arrival or early departure. This includes the failure of transport to operate according to schedule.

For security reasons, you are required provide us names exactly as stated in your passport. If you do not advise the correct information and we have to re-issue the documents. Also, you are responsible for any fees charged (such as airline cancellation charges or re-issue fees) in addition to our own reasonable administration fees.

When group sizes are limited 6 – 10 passengers considered as small group, we reserve the right to use a 10 seated VIP Commuter and for the bigger group 20 – 40 passengers considered and bigger group, we will provide VIP coaches. 

We will arrange the hotel facility, according to the passenger requirement.

Twin sleeping arrangements whereby two separate single beds and mattresses are attached together, often sharing a single headboard. Many modern hotels now have glass-walled bathrooms, with or without privacy curtains. Please consider this when booking a twin share room. Triple rooms are available on request. If available, triple rooms may consist of one double or two single beds and the third bed may be a “rollaway” or sofa bed, triple share rooms are only suitable when the third person is 14 years or younger. In most cases, the addition of a third bed will result in the space in the bedroom being limited.

It is a requirement that you hold a valid passport and any required visas for your trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the necessary documentation to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries to be visited.

It is mandatory for all travelers who are 12 years and over to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a vaccine approved by Ministry of health Thailand. This also more helpful us to provide you a safe environment throughout your journey.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a suitable level of health and fitness to undertake the trip of your choice. If you suffer from a medical condition which may reasonably be expected to increase your risk of needing medical attention, or which may affect the normal conduct of the trip, then you must advise us at the time you make your booking request.

Special dietary requests are required to be notified to us at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to check that meals and beverages do not contain any allergens.

When on tour, we may take photographs or make recordings of you and your activities that identify you. If you do not consent to the use of your image or likeness, please advise us as least 10 days prior to the commencement of your tour.

We are not responsible for any additional activities or excursions which are not included in the booked itinerary or which we sell as agent for the principal operator. Any advice or recommendation made by a guide or local representative does not make us responsible.

Inter Asia Global Tours makes every effort to ensure the quality of the journey.

In the event of a problem with any aspect of your travel arrangements you must tell us or make our representative or our staff aware of such problems immediately. If you notify us of a problem during travel and we haven’t resolved it to your satisfaction, then you must make any claim in writing during the journey.
